I’ve placed my order - how long will it take to receive my purchases?

At The Creative Path we will do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are processed within 1 or 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Please note that there may be unexpected delays due to unforeseen circumstances but it is our priority to get you your order as soon as possible at the time.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please send an email to kim@thecreativepath.com.au and we will start the search party.
